Cancellation Policy

• At least 7 days notice must be given to receive a refund less $25.00 booking fee per site or cabin booked with exception of Christmas and Easter Holiday periods.
• No refund will be given for Christmas,Easter holidays,Public holidays & other special weekends unless the accommodation can be fully relet.
• Deposits can be transferred to another date within 6 months at the managements discretion.
• Group bookings cancellation policy as per booking form terms & conditions.
